Innovative Computer Systems Travel Time Charges

 

• Out-of-pocket tolls and parking charges, if any, will be passed on to the client for all travel charges.
• A point-to-point Map Quest will be generated from the nearest Innovative Computer Systems office to the client’s destination. The estimated mileage and travel time generated by Map Quest will be used to compute charges as follows.
• If the round trip distance is under 50 miles and less than one hour’s driving time there is no travel charge.
• If the round trip distance is over one hour’s driving time, the charge for travel will be computed at $25/hr for the entire travel time.  The maximum travel time charge within the State of New Jersey will not exceed $100 for any round trip destination.
• Travel into New York City will be a flat $65 charge.

 

Innovative Computer Systems Pick-up or Delivery Charges

 

• Out-of-pocket tolls and parking charges, if any, will be passed on to the client for all pick-up or delivery Charges.

• If the round trip distance is under 50 miles and less than one hour’s driving time there is a $50 charge.
• If the round trip distance is over one hour’s driving time, the charge will be computed at $50/hr for the entire travel time.  The maximum pick-up or delivery charge within the State of New Jersey will not exceed $100 for any round trip destination.
• Pick-up or delivery from or into New York City will be a flat $65 charge.
